I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science from College of William and Mary under the supervision of Prof. Haining Wang.
I direct the Networked and Complex Systems Security Research (NEXUS) Lab at UA Little Rock. My research has been funded internally and externally (e.g., National Science Foundation and Amazon AWS). My research interests lie in Security & Privacy, Network Systems, Mobile HealthCare, Computer Education, Social Network Analysis, Big-data Analytics.
I serve as Director of NSA/DHS Designated National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education (CAE-CDE) at UA Little Rock. I am the founder and adviser of UA Little Rock Cyber Security Club. I also serve as Coordinator of Master of Science in Computer Science program.
